For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to accept returns. We carefully package your order to prevent leaks and spills during shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please let us know within seven days of receipt. We will be happy to issue you a replacement or refund.  If you are unsure about a scent, please request "sniffies"--scented cotton swabs in ziploc baggies. You may request up to five sniffies at no charge.. 

Payments may be made via bank account or credit card through PayPal.

Orders are shipped via USPS.
